Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refund & Return Criteria
To be eligible for a refund & return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without any missing items. It must also be in the original packaging, with the packaging being undamaged and untarnished.
Refund & Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team through email at hyjun.official@gmail.com within the refund and returns period. Do ensure that the above Refund & Return Criteria has been met before requesting the refund and return.
2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, along with the reason for the return.
3. Our team will arrange a date with you to pickup the returned product. Our returns are only through pickup by our courier team who will head to the shipping address for pickup. Delivery costs apply prior to the pickup of the returned product.
4. Our courier team will personally assess the product on the spot if it meets the Refund & Return criteria before accepting the returned product. If the criteria is determined to not be met, the Refund & Return will no longer be applicable.
5. We will then notify you that we have received the returned product through email, and the refund will be processed.
Refunds
Refunds will be done primarily through PayNow, to the number provided during the purchase. Otherwise, please email us the preferred payment method to process the refund.
After the refund, we will email you the refund transaction screenshots.
