General

  • After your purchase, there will be an automatic email sent with a link for you to schedule a date for the installation to take place. 
  • Installation is available from Mon-Fri, 9am-9pm. Choose from the following time slots:
    • 9am-12pm
    • 12pm-3pm
    • 3pm-6pm
    • 6pm-9pm
  • Do ensure that someone is available to facilitate the installation during the chosen time slot. 
  • Otherwise, please reschedule the appointment through the email link, which is allowable up to 24 hours before the appointment time. After this allowable time, please separately Whatsapp us to manually reschedule the appointment, which will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. 
  • If no one is present when we arrive during the scheduled time slot, the installation fee will be deducted, and rescheduling of an installation will require the fee to be paid again. Afterwich, an email will be sent to customers with further instructions for the rescheduling and fee payment again.
  • Delivery will take 2-3 business days 
  • Please do not book an installation appointment for delivery only orders.
  • Check for the following: 
    • Your toilet’s water supply valve is externally visible to connect the adaptor to the valve. 
    • Your toilet seat is detachable so that the bidet attachment can fit below the seat
  • Alternatively, you can contact us through Whatsapp or Email with the images of both your toilet bowl and water supply valve for us to verify if it is suitable
  • The 60cm steel braided hose is typically long enough to fit most toilets.
  • The 1m steel braided hose is for toilets where the water supply valve is far from the toilet bowl or when the hose needs to be navigated through water pipes blocking the water supply valve.
  • Alternatively, you can contact us through Whatsapp or Email with the images of both your toilet bowl and water supply valve for us to provide the recommended steel braided hose length to you.

Yes, you can swap the steel braided hose as long as the request is within 7 days of the purchase date. The swap request is subjected to the same criteria in the Refund & Return Policy. Delivery costs apply prior to the swap of steel braided hose.

Refund & Return, Warranty

Yes, you may return the HyJun Bidet as long as it is within 7 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subjected to the Refund & Return criteria. Refer to our Refund & Return policy for more information.

  • Warranty is automatically applied to all purchases for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase.
