What is Covered?

How to Make a Warranty Claim?

1. Contact our customer service team through email at hyjun.official@gmail.com within the warranty period.

2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, along with a detailed description of the defect.

3. Our team will guide you through the process of returning the product for inspection and repair or replacement. Delivery costs apply prior to replacement or repair of the product.

Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product or part with a new or refurbished product or part of equal or greater value. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement. The replacement or repaired product will continue to be covered under the original warranty period.

Limited Liability

HyJun is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product and does not extend to any other losses.
